The priorities outlined in President Jacob Zuma’s first State of the Nation speech put an emphasis on justice and crime prevention, education, learning and health. In all these sectors of the public service, the President has stressed the critical role which technology must play if its initiatives to improve public service delivery are to succeed.

With the fundamental understanding that we must achieve more with less, drives our public sector engagement model. In the solutions we provide, we aim to create synergies between existing projects, we aim to achieve economies of scale and we aim to provide solutions which take into account the broader context of government departments.

With this in mind, our preferred method is to analyse the existing environment and find ways to modernise, improve and accelerate and to deliver solutions that are geared at creating efficiency. In many instances, this can be achieved through the automation of manual processes and streamline them for optimal effect.
