Whilst the various companies within the Britehouse Group each enjoy their own unique culture, there is a golden thread of similarity. That thread is a willingness to learn, innovate and tackle new and difficult problems.

Each company in the Group has created its own distinctive way of interacting with staff and how they interact with management. Our staff shares common characteristics of being driven, intelligent and looking to be challenged.

In addition to receiving many SAP and Microsoft awards, Britehouse is very proud of its achievements in the annual Deloitte Best Company to Work For survey. In the 2010 Survey the Britehouse Specialist SAP Division was ranked as 4th in the Small Company Category and so too 3rd Best in IT in South Africa. 3fifteen, has for a third consecutive year maintained its Top 5 position in the IT Industry category.

These awards are an affirmation that we are doing something right and that management processes are sound and relevant to the market conditions. Beyond the awards, though, we also see this in our staff retention rates and in the passion that our people bring to their work.
