By now we’re pretty sure that you would have heard about the impending release of our upgraded Dealer Management System, Evolve 2.0.
Whilst we’ve been fervently working in the background to ensure a smooth and non-disruptive transition to the new Evolve, the time has come to request your assistance in ensuring readiness for the switchover.
We need your help!
Insofar as possible, we have been readying your PC in the background for Evolve 2.0, but technology can often throw the odd curve ball, meaning that some PC’s have run into problems with completing the preparation installation for Evolve 2.0.
What would you have to do?
We have sent communications with instructions for the completion of the installation preparation.
Simply put, should you not see the new Evolve icon on your desktop, or you are unsure how to proceed, please escalate this to your IT person, who will be able to assist with ensuring that the installation is completed, either through your IT resources, or with our assistance.
This is important because any PC’s that have not been properly prepared could likely face some login issues when the switchover occurs.
