Lead the way when you partner with Britehouse
The Britehouse SAP S/4HANA Roadmap design takes you through a journey of discovery to determine the effort, transition path and destination to convert your SAP ECC assets into SAP S/4HANA .
This discovery is done as part of the ECC to S/4 HANA Transition Project. It can also be done in preparation for the move from ECC to S/4HANA. Britehouse refers to this as Phase ZERO Core Design and Planning. The core design and planning includes
the use of multiple Software accelerators, SAP Toolsets and standard SAP Software.
The objective of the SAP ECC to S/4HANA Core Design and planning (Phase ZERO ) is to evaluate existing customer data, extensions, processes, custom code, data volume, security, three-tier architecture and people to provide options on the planned Transition
Project. The outputs also include the destination, whether it be On-Premise, HEC, Hybrid or Public Cloud / Public Cloud Single Tenant. In turn, the approach will mitigate risk for both Britehouse and our customers to provide a business outcome
for the new digital core and reflect a Post-Modern ERP.
Britehouse uses a mixture of both the Agile and Activate methodology as part of the Transition Project, be it a new implementation, conversion or transformation project from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. We make extensive use of SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
functionality, using requirements such as Deploy and Focused Build as accelerators to guide our customers through the SAP S/4HANA project. This, in turn, allows seamless transition and handover from Project to Support by having all related project
artefacts in place (Process, Test, Change documentation ) in order to realise pro-active support.
Britehouse will help you unlock the true business value for the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA regardless of your current solution, geographical distribution or organisational complexity, and realise the strengths of a new Digital Core and Post
