Jimi Lutz

Britehouse Group Executive: Technology

Jimi has two big passions in life – helping businesses to “be awesome” by making their processes smarter and developing people. He says that staying in the same job for 20 years might seem like an anomaly, but he has never felt the need to change as he has been able to engage deeply with different customers across nearly every industry and business function. This has allowed him to identify where people are under-utilising technology and to improve their lives.

Jimi believes that technology is the greatest economic equaliser because it allows anyone to liberate themselves financially with minimal upfront monetary investment, but a lot of hard work. This thinking is the driving force behind the Britehouse graduate programme which has brought hundreds of unemployed youngsters into the economy.

Jimi was a development manager at Primedia Interactive and at iAfrica.com, a business consultant at Logical, and served as Development Director, Operations Director and MD of Solutions at 3fifteen. When 3fifteen merged with Britehouse, Jimi took charge of six operating units as Managing Director of Microsoft solutions.

Jimi holds a BSc in Computer Science.
