Automate Evolve

Britehouse Automate Evolve is a Dealer Management System (DMS) that connects and integrates, the parts, workshops, sales and finance department of dealerships to drive business,while making cost management transparent. This is all from within one single, easy to use real-time system.

Automate Evolve delivers key process modules for each stage of the customer lifecycle, to improve any dealership’s overall efficiency.

Dealers once had to use an array of systems plugged into their DMS to achieve the necessary outputs for CRM, workshop and stock management – but not with Automate Evolve.

The Automate Evolve includes the following key modules:

Vehicle Sales Management
The simple Vehicle Deal Builder tool incorporates all the relevant information around a vehicle sales deal on a single screen, including margins and extra costs.

Once the deal parameters are in place a manager can review and authorise the sale or make alterations.

Parts Inventory Management
With Automate Evolve, dealers can make certain that parts inventories are always adequately stocked. The system tracks parts from order to binned status, ensuring that items move quickly to where they need to be and are accounted for when the work is done.

Service Management
Automate Evolve’s Service Module includes customer activity tracking and task allocation and allows for multiple jobs and job types (such as warranty, non-warranty, outsource etc) to be created from a repair order through a user-friendly process. It allows for comments to be recorded and for workshop capacity to be determined in advance.

General Ledger
Automate Evolve keeps a firm grip on accounting practices while streamlining admin intensive processes. Reconciliations are quick and easy while maintain strong controls and change auditing. The system is highly configurable and can automate time consuming and labour-intensive tasks (e.g. expense distribution, and bank reconciliation and allocations).

Business Management
Information availability removes the guesswork and the Automate Evolve management module is designed to provide accurate and key information, such as a customer’s full sales history across all modules, at a glance.

Other elements include stock ageing, budgeting information and year-on-year comparisons at the dealer principal's fingertips.

Data is fully exportable from all screens providing ease of reporting.

Dashboard
Each functional area and job role has a landing page or dashboard that displays key information for their function for users to be able to prioritis​e and manage important tasks.

OEM & Third Party Integrations
All standard OEM are catered for within the Evolve System. More than 800 additional third-party integrations have been developed. Ongoing integration development is a focus area.
